The beach was beautiful and the entertainment staff were fantastic, especially during themed dinner nights. Our room had a bad view, and the check-in process took too long. great service but could improve on room assignments.

The staff made our stay unforgettable, from our butler Gloria's exceptional care to the fun-loving Jose at the kids pool bar! The amazing food, especially the filet mignon, was a major highlight of our meals. And don’t even get me started on the luxurious spa treatments – pure bliss!

The resort exuded beauty with clean, fabulous rooms. I loved the swim-up suite and the butler service, which was convenient for dining reservations. Cocktails at the lobby bar were exceptional, and the Elegance Club was a cozy snack haven. a billing mix-up regarding cigars added unnecessary stress at checkout. Service was generally attentive, but a few areas needed better organization, especially during busy times. The deep soaker tub was amazing, and the air conditioning was top-notch for my solo retreat, making luxury feel effortless. It was a mixed bag but very much worth experiencing.

The suite was well equipped with centralized AC and provided a great escape from the heat. The bed was comfortable, ensuring restful nights, especially with our toddler sleeping soundly nearby. The spacious layout included a fantastic terrace with a jacuzzi, perfect for unwinding. moisture levels were higher than expected, leading to damp floors, which detracted from comfort. Noise isolation was impressive, contributing to a peaceful atmosphere. The luxurious amenities enhanced our stay, but the moisture issue should be addressed for an even more pleasant experience. the room's comfort was notable, though a few improvements are necessary.

I loved how easy it was to explore the area, with vibrant local culture just a short walk away, like the Delphinus Playa Mujeres just over 2 km down the road for snorkeling adventures and gorgeous beach views, and Puerto Amada about 5 km away for more seaside fun; plus, the hotel offered spacious and clean accommodations that made it comfortable for my stay, but at times it felt like I had to navigate some amenities on my own, which could use clearer guidance from the staff.

Wow, the beach was right there, just steps away from the resort! Our swim-up pool suite was the bomb, highly recommended! The staff, like Gustavo and Marco.
Man, the phone was ringing off the hook but no one was picking up! Staff seemed lost and unorganized, ignoring requests and calls.

So much fun with endless activities , from water sports to beach parties! The All, Inclusive package had us covered 24/7. Our squad was living our best lives!

I chose Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres for its prime location near Delphinus Playa Mujeres, but the resort's GoMajestic service exceeded my expectations. The twelve pools, swim-up bars, and stunning beach made for a relaxing vacation in breathtaking Costa Mujeres.

recently visited majestic elegance costa mujeres for our honeymoon and it was an incredible experience! from the luxurious rooftop plunge pool suite to the amazing romantic breakfast and dinner, everything was simply perfect. the staff, especially our butler, Enrique, went out of their way to make sure we felt welcome and comfortable. the resort offers a variety of dining options, stunning views, and excellent entertainment, including the impressive Michael Jackson tribute show. overall, the experience was unforgettable, and we can't wait to return to this gorgeous property for our anniversary.
