The resort exuded beauty with clean, fabulous rooms. I loved the swim-up suite and the butler service, which was convenient for dining reservations. Cocktails at the lobby bar were exceptional, and the Elegance Club was a cozy snack haven. a billing mix-up regarding cigars added unnecessary stress at checkout. Service was generally attentive, but a few areas needed better organization, especially during busy times. The deep soaker tub was amazing, and the air conditioning was top-notch for my solo retreat, making luxury feel effortless. It was a mixed bag but very much worth experiencing.

I loved how easy it was to explore the area, with vibrant local culture just a short walk away, like the Delphinus Playa Mujeres just over 2 km down the road for snorkeling adventures and gorgeous beach views, and Puerto Amada about 5 km away for more seaside fun; plus, the hotel offered spacious and clean accommodations that made it comfortable for my stay, but at times it felt like I had to navigate some amenities on my own, which could use clearer guidance from the staff.

recently visited majestic elegance costa mujeres for our honeymoon and it was an incredible experience! from the luxurious rooftop plunge pool suite to the amazing romantic breakfast and dinner, everything was simply perfect. the staff, especially our butler, Enrique, went out of their way to make sure we felt welcome and comfortable. the resort offers a variety of dining options, stunning views, and excellent entertainment, including the impressive Michael Jackson tribute show. overall, the experience was unforgettable, and we can't wait to return to this gorgeous property for our anniversary.
